✓ 2 cups milk
✓ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
✓ 1/4 cup cornstarch
✓ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
✓ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
✓ Whipped cream
✓ Fresh fruit

Instructions

✓ Preheat the oven to 400°F

✓ Prepare the choux pastry by combining water, butter, and salt in a saucepan

✓ Add flour and stir vigorously

✓ Cool the mixture, then beat in eggs one at a time

✓ Pipe the pastry onto a baking sheet

✓ Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 375°F and continue baking for 20-25 minutes

✓ Allow the pastry to cool completely

✓ Combine milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook until the mixture comes to a boil
