Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
✓ Combine water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
✓ Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
✓ Transfer dough to a mixing bowl and let cool. Add eggs one at a time.
✓ Pipe dough into rounds on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown.
✓ Prepare custard by heating milk and sugar. Temper egg yolks with the milk mixture.
✓ Cook custard until it thickens. Stir in vanilla extract and butter. Chill.
