Ingredients
✓ 8 slices sourdough bread
✓ 1 cup cooked turkey breast
✓ 1/2 cup pesto
✓ 8 slices mozzarella cheese
✓ 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
✓ Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
✓ Preheat panini press or grill to medium-high heat
✓ Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice
✓ Layer turkey breast on four bread slices
✓ Add mozzarella cheese slices on top of turkey
✓ Top with remaining bread slices, pesto side down
✓ Brush outside of bread with olive oil
✓ Cook in panini press or grill until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted
Notes
Can be made ahead and cooked when ready to serve. Use high-quality pesto for best flavor.
