Ingredients

✓ 1 cup fresh strawberries

✓ 1 cup heavy cream
✓ 1/4 cup powdered sugar
✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✓ 8 oz cream cheese
✓ Additional sliced strawberries
✓ Powdered sugar

Instructions

✓ Prepare strawberries by hulling and slicing 1 cup of fresh strawberries, then mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

✓ Whip 1 cup of chilled heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

✓ Beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese until smooth.

✓ Assemble the croissants by spreading cream cheese on the bottom half, adding macerated strawberries, and topping with whipped cream.

✓ Garnish with additional sliced strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes
