✓ 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

Instructions
✓ Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
✓ Add olive oil and swirl to coat the pan.
✓ Season steak tips with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
✓ Remove steak tips from the pan and set aside. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
✓ Return steak tips to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, then serve immediately.
