✓ 1 pound of steak tips (cut into bite-sized pieces)
✓ 2 bell peppers (any color, sliced)
✓ 1 onion (sliced)
✓ 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
✓ 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
✓ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
✓ Salt (to taste)
✓ Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
✓ Prep the steak tips and season with salt and pepper.
✓ Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
✓ Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
✓ Add sliced onion and stir-fry until translucent, about 2 minutes.
✓ Add steak tips and stir-fry until browned on all sides but still slightly pink inside, about 5-7 minutes.
✓ Stir in bell peppers and soy sauce, continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 more minutes.
✓ Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
✓ Serve immediately.
