✓ 1 teaspoon ginger
✓ 1/4 cup soy sauce
✓ 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
✓ 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
✓ 1 tablespoon brown sugar
✓ 1 tablespoon cornstarch
✓ 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

✓ Cook rice noodles according to package instructions

✓ Slice flank steak into thin strips against the grain

✓ Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat

✓ Add flank steak and cook until browned

✓ Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas; cook until tender-crisp

✓ Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute

✓ Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar to make the sticky sauce

✓ Pour sticky sauce into the skillet; bring to a simmer
