Instructions
✓ Mix cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt
✓ Spread the rice mixture onto a baking sheet and let cool
✓ Cut the cooled rice into squares
✓ Dust the rice squares with flour
✓ Fry the rice squares until golden brown and crispy
✓ Mix sushi-grade tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil
✓ Top each crispy rice square with the spicy tuna mixture
✓ Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
