Ingredients
✓ 2 cups shredded chicken
✓ 4 fresh jalapeños
✓ 8 oz cream cheese
✓ 1 cup cheddar cheese
✓ 8-10 corn tortillas
✓ 1 can enchilada sauce
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 375°F
✓ Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese
✓ Add shredded chicken and chopped jalapeños to cheese mixture
✓ Warm tortillas and fill with chicken mixture
✓ Roll tortillas and place in baking dish
✓ Cover with enchilada sauce and cheese
✓ Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 10-15 minutes
