Ingredients
✓ 8 oz spaghetti
✓ 1 lb ground beef
✓ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
✓ 1 cup sour cream
✓ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
✓ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✓ 1/2 cup milk
✓ 1 tsp garlic powder
✓ 1 tsp onion powder
✓ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
✓ Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain but reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.
✓ In a skillet, sauté ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
✓ Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and half the Parmesan cheese.
✓ Add cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture, mix well.
✓ Pour into a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
✓ Bake for 30 minutes covered, then uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
✓ Serve warm.

Ensure the ground beef is fully cooked before adding to the cream sauce. The spaghetti should be cooked al dente to maintain its texture during baking.
