Ingredients

✓ 8 oz spaghetti
✓ 1 lb ground beef
✓ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
✓ 1 cup sour cream

✓ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
✓ 1/2 cup milk
✓ 1 tsp garlic powder
✓ 1 tsp onion powder
✓ Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

✓ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

✓ Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, drain but reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water.

✓ In a skillet, sauté ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.

✓ Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and half the Parmesan cheese.

✓ Add cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture, mix well.

✓ Pour into a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

✓ Bake for 30 minutes covered, then uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Ensure the ground beef is fully cooked before adding to the cream sauce. The spaghetti should be cooked al dente to maintain its texture during baking.
