Ingredients
✓ 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
✓ 1 ripe avocado, mashed
✓ 1 whole wheat tortilla
✓ 1 cup fresh lettuce, chopped
✓ 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
✓ 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
✓ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
✓ 1 tablespoon hot sauce
✓ 1 tablespoon salsa
✓ 1 tablespoon vinaigrette
Instructions
✓ Prepare all the vegetables: wash and dry the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and slice the cucumbers.
✓ Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
✓ Mash the avocado in a bowl and add a squeeze of lime juice.
✓ Mix the Greek yogurt with hot sauce to create the sauce base.
✓ Lay the tortilla flat and spread a layer of yogurt sauce in the center.
✓ Add a layer of mashed avocado on top of the sauce.
✓ Arrange the chicken strips on top of the avocado.
✓ Add the fresh vegetables on top of the chicken.
✓ Drizzle vinaigrette over the vegetables.
✓ Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly.
✓ Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe but firm avocados. Adjust the heat level in the yogurt sauce to taste.
