Ingredients
✓ 4 large flour tortillas
✓ 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
✓ 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
✓ 1 cup beef broth
✓ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✓ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✓ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
✓ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.
✓ In a small bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dipping sauce.
✓ Slice the roast beef thinly. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of dipping sauce over it.
✓ Place 2-3 slices of provolone cheese and 1-2 slices of beef on top of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for sealing.
✓ Fold the sides of the tortilla up to enclose the filling. Roll tightly from one end to the other to form a roll-up.
✓ Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.
✓ Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
