Ingredients
✓ 4 large flour tortillas
✓ 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
✓ 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
✓ 1 cup beef broth
✓ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✓ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✓ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
✓ Place the thinly sliced roast beef in a large bowl. Pour 1 cup of beef broth over the slices and add 1 tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard; mix well.
✓ Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
✓ Bake the four flour tortillas for about 5-7 minutes or until they become slightly crisp. Remove from the oven to keep warm.
✓ Lay out a slice of provolone cheese over the center of one baked tortilla, leaving about 1 inch on all sides. Top with two slices of marinated beef and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Carefully roll up the tortilla around the filling; secure by pressing the edges firmly together.
✓ Place the wrapped roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and fillings. Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and the tortilla is slightly golden brown.
Notes
Ensure the tortillas are fully baked before assembling to prevent them from breaking. Use a tight rolling technique for even distribution of flavors and heat.
