Ingredients
✓ 1 cup pecans
✓ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
✓ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
✓ 1/4 tsp salt
✓ 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans on a non-stick baking sheet.
✓ In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is golden brown.
✓ Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, salt, and butter. Add pecans and toss to coat evenly.
✓ Spread coated pecans on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until they are lightly toasted and caramelized.
✓ Allow to cool before serving.
