✓ 1 oz champagne
✓ fresh strawberries for garnish
✓ ice
✓ mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
✓ Gather all ingredients and chill the champagne bottle in the freezer for 10 minutes
✓ Rinse the garnish strawberries and pat dry; slice one thinly for the rim and keep a whole berry for floating
✓ Pluck a few mint leaves, give them a gentle slap between palms to release aroma
✓ Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice
✓ Add 2 oz vodka, 1 oz strawberry purée, 1 oz grenadine, and 1 oz sweet and sour mix to the shaker
✓ Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold to the touch and the mixture turns a deep pink
✓ Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass, leaving room for the champagne
✓ Slowly pour 1 oz champagne over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a gentle layered effect
✓ Gently press the sliced strawberry onto the rim, allowing a small drop of juice to drip onto the surface for extra gloss
✓ Float the whole strawberry on top of the drink and tuck a mint leaf beside it
✓ Present the cocktail on a small tray with a candle for ambience; serve immediately while the bubbles are lively
