Ingredients

✓ 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
✓ 1 cup granulated sugar
✓ 1 cup all-purpose flour
✓ 4 large eggs
✓ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✓ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
✓ 1 cup heavy whipping cream
✓ 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

✓ Cream the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.

✓ Add in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract for added flavor.

✓ Whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually mix into the cream cheese mixture until just combined to avoid overmixing.

✓ Roll out half of the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Spread half of the cheesecake filling onto it, leaving some space around the edges.

✓ Cut strawberries into thin slices and arrange them in an overlapping pattern on top of the cheesecake mixture.

✓ Roll up the dough tightly from one end to form a log shape. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
