🥄 ½ lbs (1.1 kg) russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
👨🍳 Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
👨🍳 In a large bowl, combine the cubed russet potatoes with the large egg, tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Gently toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the egg and seasonings.
👨🍳 Spread the seasoned potato cubes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the cubes are arranged in a single layer, with no overlapping.
👨🍳 Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy around the edges.
👨🍳 Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes.
👨🍳 Serve immediately while hot.
