✓ 1 pound Italian Sausage

✓ 3 cloves Garlic

✓ 2 stalks Celery
✓ 2 cups Chicken Broth

✓ 1 cup Ditalini or Orzo Pasta (optional)

Instructions
✓ Chop the onions, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
✓ Mince the garlic cloves.
✓ Remove the casings from the Italian Sausage and crumble it into a bowl.
✓ Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the crumbled Italian Sausage and cook until browned.
✓ Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
✓ Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
✓ Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
✓ Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes.
✓ Stir in the heavy cream and Italian Seasoning. Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
✓ Season the soup with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
✓ Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
