Instructions
✓ Combine cranberry, pomegranate, and orange juices in a large pot.
✓ Add maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise pods, and vanilla bean. Stir well to combine.
✓ Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat while covered.
✓ Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
