Instructions
✓ Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and heat until the butter melts and the mixture boils.
✓ Add flour and stir until the dough comes together.
✓ Transfer dough to a mixing bowl, let cool, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
✓ Pipe dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
✓ Toss warm churro bites in cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
