Ingredients
✓ 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed, about 17.3 oz)
✓ 1 egg (for egg wash)
✓ 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
✓ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✓ 1 egg yolk
✓ 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
✓ 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
✓ 1 tablespoon cornstarch
✓ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
✓ Roll out puff pastry to about 1/4-inch thickness
✓ Spread cream cheese mixture over center of pastry
✓ Arrange blueberry mixture on top of cream cheese layer
✓ Fold edges of pastry up over filling
✓ Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown

Can be assembled ahead of time and baked fresh in the morning.
