✓ 2 cups All-purpose flour

✓ 1/2 teaspoon Salt
✓ 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
✓ 1 large Egg
✓ 1 cup Sugar
✓ 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
✓ 1/2 cup Buttermilk
✓ 1 teaspoon Vanilla
✓ 3 medium Extra ripe bananas
✓ 1 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
✓ In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
✓ In another bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
✓ Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chopped walnuts.
✓ Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
✓ Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
