Ingredients
✓ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✓ 1 pint cherry tomatoes (about 2 cups)
✓ 8 oz feta cheese (block or crumbled)
✓ 3 tablespoons olive oil
✓ 4 cloves garlic (minced)
✓ 1 teaspoon dried oregano
✓ 1 teaspoon dried basil
✓ Salt and pepper (to taste)
✓ Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
✓ Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
✓ Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
✓ Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
✓ Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried oregano and basil.
✓ Return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
