Ingredients

✓ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
✓ 2 large eggs, whisked
✓ 1 cup panko or Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
✓ 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
✓ Pinch of Italian herbs (basil, oregano)
✓ 1 cup marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
✓ 1 cup shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese

Instructions
