  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Add sliced bell peppers and mushrooms to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
