Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 bird’s eye chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup holy basil leaves
- Jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine.
- Add the holy basil leaves and stir-fry until they are wilted.
- Serve the Thai Basil Chicken hot over jasmine rice.

- Holy basil can be substituted with Thai basil if unavailable.
