Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 bird’s eye chilies, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup holy basil leaves
  • Jasmine rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, stir-frying until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine.
  5. Add the holy basil leaves and stir-fry until they are wilted.
  6. Serve the Thai Basil Chicken hot over jasmine rice.
