Ingredients
- 2 cups of cornmeal
- 4 cups of water
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
- Gradually add the cornmeal to the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pot.
- Cover the pot and let it cook for a few more minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
