Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts are the ultimate no-bake treat! Soft, fluffy donuts get filled with a creamy vanilla cheesecake filling and sweet strawberry preserves—finished with a dusting of powdered sugar or gold shimmer for that bakery-perfect touch. Quick to make, endlessly customizable, and totally irresistible!

Ingredients

6 soft unfilled donuts (plain or glazed)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar (for sweetening the filling)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)

½ cup strawberry preserves or jam

Powdered sugar or edible gold dust (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and creamy.

  2. Fill Your Bag
Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag fitted with a star or round tip (or use a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off).

  3. Prep the Donuts
Carefully slice the donuts like a sandwich, keeping one side intact to form a hinge. (Alternatively, you can poke a hole in the side and pipe the filling directly inside.)

  4. Stuff the Donuts
Pipe a generous amount of cheesecake filling into each donut, then spoon or pipe in the strawberry preserves alongside or on top of the filling.

  5. Seal & Garnish
Gently press the donuts closed, then dust with powdered sugar or edible gold for that extra wow factor.

  6. Serve or Chill
Enjoy immediately, or chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer, cheesecake-like texture!

Notes

Donut Options: Plain cake or glazed yeast donuts work best. Avoid frosted or already-filled varieties.

Jam Swaps: Feel free to swap in raspberry, blueberry, or peach preserves.

Make Ahead: The cream cheese filling can be made up to a day in advance and stored in the fridge.

Serving Tip: These are best enjoyed the same day but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

Fancy Finish: A sprinkle of edible gold dust takes these from simple to stunning!
