Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 4 whole wheat wraps
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky.
- Add peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to the chickpeas and mix well.
- Lay out the wraps and evenly distribute the chickpea mixture onto each one.
- Top with sliced cucumber and chopped lettuce.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
