Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 4 whole wheat wraps


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky.
  2. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to the chickpeas and mix well.
  3. Lay out the wraps and evenly distribute the chickpea mixture onto each one.
