- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the apple cider, Greek yogurt, and rolled oats.
- Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the blender.
- Add the chopped apple and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is chilled and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
