- 4 ears of corn, husked

- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
- Grill the corn for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a large bowl.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Serve the salad warm or at room temperature.
