  • 150g bacon
  • 200g all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. Using a halušky maker or a spoon, drop small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
  5. Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, then remove them with a slotted spoon.
  6. In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy.
  7. Mix the cooked dumplings with bryndza cheese until well combined.
  8. Top with crispy bacon and serve immediately.
