- 200g bryndza (sheep cheese)
- 150g bacon
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes finely.
- In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Using a halušky maker or a spoon, drop small pieces of dough into the boiling water.
- Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, then remove them with a slotted spoon.
- In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy.
- Mix the cooked dumplings with bryndza cheese until well combined.
- Top with crispy bacon and serve immediately.

- For a creamier texture, add a bit of sour cream to the cheese mixture.
