Ingredients
- 500g gnocchi
- 200g basil pesto
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the basil pesto and mix until the gnocchi are well coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the gnocchi before serving.
