Instructions

  2. Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
  4. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the basil pesto and mix until the gnocchi are well coated.
