A quick and healthy chicken and broccoli stir-fry that brings the taste of takeout to your home.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and add soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your quick dinner delight!

  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
