Description
A quick and healthy chicken and broccoli stir-fry that brings the taste of takeout to your home.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan and add soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your quick dinner delight!

- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
