Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add more almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Top with your favorite toppings such as nuts, seeds, or additional maple syrup before serving.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, use coconut milk instead of almond milk.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to taste.
