  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 8 slices provolone cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the halved bell peppers in a baking dish.
