Peach Ginger Iced Tea is a refreshing summer drink that combines the fruity sweetness of peaches with the zesty kick of ginger, perfect for hot days.

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 8 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup honey or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add the sliced peaches and grated ginger to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and strain the mixture to remove the peach slices and ginger.
- Stir in honey while the tea is still warm, adjusting to taste.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference.
- For a stronger ginger flavor, let the ginger steep longer.
