- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and dredge in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in cayenne pepper, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
- Brush the spicy butter mixture over the fried chicken tenders.
- Serve immediately with pickles and bread, if desired.
