Ingredients
- 500g beef, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the beef strips with vegetable oil and rub the spice mixture onto the meat.
- Place the beef strips on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

- For an authentic experience, serve with a side of salsa or chili sauce.
