Creamy green tea on a stick, these Matcha Coconut Popsicles are a delightful frozen treat perfect for a refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
  2. Gradually add the coconut milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
