Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Stir until well blended.
- Gradually add the coconut milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of maple syrup to your preference.
- Ensure the matcha powder is fully dissolved to avoid clumps.
