Description

A naturally sweet and creamy mango lassi with no added sugar, perfect for a refreshing drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ice cubes, as needed


Instructions

  1. Place the chopped mangoes in a blender.
  2. Add the yogurt, milk, and ground cardamom to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the lassi is chilled.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
  • For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
