Description
A naturally sweet and creamy mango lassi with no added sugar, perfect for a refreshing drink.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Place the chopped mangoes in a blender.
- Add the yogurt, milk, and ground cardamom to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the lassi is chilled.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
- For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
