Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill.
