Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the gochujang and soy sauce, and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly with the kimchi mixture.

  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking.
