Ingredients
- 200g sweet potato noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 100g spinach
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and beef, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well mixed.
- Drizzle the remaining sesame oil over the noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the beef and add more vegetables or tofu.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar according to your taste.
