- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place the kiwis, spinach, pineapple chunks, and chia seeds into a blender.
- Add the almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey if desired for sweetness.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder smoothie is preferred.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple chunks.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
