Description

Japanese Teriyaki Salmon is a sticky, sweet, and irresistible dish that brings the flavors of Asia to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the salmon before serving.
