Ingredients
- 200g pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the truffle oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic, sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use a mix of different mushroom varieties.
- Adjust the amount of truffle oil to your taste preference.
