Ingredients

  • 200g mushrooms, sliced

  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the truffle oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic, sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
