- 300ml warm water

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
- Fry each disc in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sour cream and minced garlic on top.
