Ingredients
- 500g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly crispy.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over them, tossing to coat evenly.
- Return the Brussels sprouts to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your heat preference.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like almonds or walnuts.
