Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the honey BBQ mixture.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
